How to join 4Life?
There are 3 simple steps in order to become a member of 4Life and enjoy the benefits:
Step 1: Register
If you are within the Philippines, contact John to register in-person at the 4Life office or tap the sign-up button below to type in your account information. Check the 2 agreement boxes at the bottom part of the registration page and tap submit.
If you live outside the Philippines and would like to register as Customer or Distributor, please fill out the form below.
Step 2: Choose your products
